Los Arrendajos, the jays. A beautiful villa in a unique place, at the end of a private road you end up in nature. A private gate gives you access to your private parking for 3 cars.
The first thing you see is the view and the mountains. The large garden is fenced. You have a beautiful terrace with private pool.
The large terraces are equipped with sun loungers, chairs and lounge chairs, garden table and chairs, BBQ.
Inside is a large lounge with comfortable seats, large screen TV, a large dining table with 6 luxurious chairs. Everything is on the ground floor, there is air conditioning everywhere. Can be arranged separately per room.
The large kitchen has just about everything you could wish for, including a machine to make ice cans.
There are 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms.
There is a separate laundry room with washing machine.
Smoking not allowed, pets not allowed.
